It has been decided by the committee to remove the for sale / wanted page. The decision was made for a number of reasons.
- The protection of members against scams and bogus advert requests.
- The large amount of requests for adverts, not always from members and not always relating to horses
(this web site is done for free and it was turning into a full time job just managing this page and sorting out the valid adverts).
- There are already a great number of equine sales sites and some well known auction sites out there.
- There is always the club noticeboard at events/shows available to advertise to other members.
I'm sure you will all understand and appreciate the reasons for this decision.
