Work Party Commitment

Our club rules state that all members 11 and over (on 1st January in the current year) are required to help at one or more events. You can select a full day, 2 x half days or 3 x 1/3 (set ups) days. Please make a 1st and 2nd choice, we will operate on a ‘first come first served’ basis and as the dates fill up we do have to allocate alternatives. Please remember that your membership cannot be processed without the Work Party form being completed.
